Parker joined up with the YMCA, the Monmouth County Health Department, RWJBarnabas Health Monmouth Medical, Hackensack Meridian Health Riverview, JBJ Soul Kitchen, and many others on Saturday, April 30th, to celebrate Healthy Kids Day. The event was held at the YMCA in Red Bank with Covid vaccinations, health screenings, food, games, and giveaways available for all.
Special thanks to Monmouth University’s athletic department, local sports stores Shore Footed and Road Runner Sports, and particularly to Parker podiatrist volunteer Dr. Hal Ornstein for all their sneaker donations. With Dr. Hal ensuring a good fit, Parker was able to distribute over 120 pairs of new sneakers to boys, girls, and adults! A great day for the community!
