Our impact
A year of care, counted in leaves.
Every number on this tree was grown by volunteer hands: visits kept free, vaccines given, and dollars our neighbors never had to spend.
- 75 community organization partners
- $3.99 million savings to local hospital emergency departments
- 20,486 visits in 2025
- 1,757 patients
- 737 vaccinations and immunizations
- 186 medical and non-medical volunteers
- 14 medical specialties
“No one is turned away for lack of means. That promise is only possible because neighbors show up for one another, week after week.”
Dr. Eugene Cheslock · Founder & Volunteer Physician

For licensed clinicians
What clinicians usually ask
Do I need an active medical license?
Yes. Clinical volunteers need an active license in the State of New Jersey.
Do I need to carry malpractice insurance?
No. The clinic covers all licensed independent practitioners under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Learn more.
How much time is required?
As much as you’d like. Some physicians, nurse practitioners and dentists volunteer once or twice a month; we work around your schedule.
